So, I'm a Christian, and I'm not particularly offended that Jesus is in this story. But why even put Jesus here in the first place? If I was a more devout Christian like some of my brothers-in-Christ are, I would have immediately started making bot accs to put this into 1.1 star ratings. And if alts don't work, then just post it in a Christian Facebook group and you've got an angry internet mob. Would it not be more economical and smart to use Zeus instead of Jesus? I mean, although Jesus is the son of God, he is highlighted to be human. To have human traits, the true power that comes from him is his kindness, compassion, and caring (As well as having the Christian God as his dad). So if MC has the qualifications to actually be Jesus' ancestor then this novel would be pointless as every single problem he faces would cease to exist. I mean, what does the author think the concept of the Christian God is? I'm not trying to debate whether or not God is real, all I'm trying to say is if Jesus exists in that world, then the Christian God does too. And if the Christian God exists in that world then there is no way for the MC to become the strongest. And if he does, well, let's just say the Christians reading this won't be happy. TLDR: Why put Jesus there when you could have legit put anyone else? I'm pretty sure most sites don't let you belittle religions, so if the author just changed the name from Jesus to Zeus, the author would have more freedom in writing. Also, annoying Christian mobs will attack author if he slips up a bit.
